Lecture 29 - Representing a Moving Particle by a Wave Packet

If a particle has a wave associated with it, where within the wave is the particle located? This question arises because a plane wave extends over the entire space while a particle is a localized object. In this lecture we show that a particle is represented by a wave-packet and its speed is given by the group velocity that a wave-packet moves with.
