Lecture 23 - Heisenberg's Formulation of Quantum Mechanics: The Quantum Condition

In the previous lecture, we discussed how in quantum mechanics the position variable of a particle is represented by a matrix with the matrix elements being the transition amplitudes. In this lecture, we obtain the quantum condition in terms of the transition amplitudes and the corresponding transition frequencies.
