Powering the Future

Powering the Future is a four-part documentary series presented by biologist M. Sanjayan, forecasting the world of energy in the not-too-distant future. It is an ambition shared by the whole of mankind: to find a viable, everlasting source of clean energy accessible to every country in the world. From economics and climate change to national security and global politics, energy is the driving force behind most everything on the planet. But what attempts are being made to find this energy source, and what are the possible techniques and materials that could deliver the solution?
