Architectures (ARTE documentary)
Architectures is a documentary series produced by the European public television channel ARTE, looking at architecture and its historical and social functions to reveal its meaning and impact on humanity. This is a collection of 33 episodes of the series, exploring the most remarkable achievements in modern architecture - from the works at the end of the 19th century to the latest creations by today's leading architects. Each episode focuses on a single building examining the structure of the building, the architectural techniques as well as its historical and social functions. And also the film discovers the role it has played in the evolution of architecture.
